The majority of the meat on the Bahamian Spiny Lobster is found in the tail. The flesh tastes sweet and has a solid texture.
Depending on their size, the lobster tails can be cooked for around 12 minutes once they have thawed. The meat from lobsters is very adaptable, and the tails can be fried, roasted, broiled, or grilled! Dip the tails in garlic butter sauce, eat them plain, or add them to any dish to make a dining masterpiece.
