Our Solution / Product
We introduce frozen and farm-raised seafood products, notably shrimp, Mahi Mahi, and the Cobia fish because of their unique texture, nutritional value and delicious taste. Our products will be kept frozen using a special Blast Freeze method. This involves rapidly freezing seafood by blasting it with super freezing air at high speeds and then quickly vacuum sealing the product at the height of freshness locking in flavor. When defrost it’s as fresh as the day it was caught. Customers local and worldwide can savor the flavors and authentic taste of the Bahamas.
